"Their clothes are way more reasonably priced now and the women's section has clothes that are fashionable now but for some reason they close about 3 hours ahead of the mall during winter. That's very weird since the mall is open till 9 on week days."
"Staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me find a new cologne since the one I had purchased before was seasonal. They gave me samples of each and made sure I was aware of seasonal vs always in stock options. Very helpful."
"Came into this store yesterday (12/19/18) and purchased a few items. 1 of the many items I purchased were some heals. I wore them to work today and realized my feet felt a little weird. Unknowingly I decided to check and realized I have 2 right feet heels and 2 separate sizes. I'm HIGHLY disappointed in myself for not checking, but also disappointed in the sales associate for not checking either.... Now I have to drive 45 min back to the location to return or exchange. Hopefully they have a matching set because the heels are really nice."
"Went there for the first time last night. Their sales are unbelievable! I bought my mother a very soft, good quality blouse for $3, super cute & soft underwear for $2, and 2 makeup items for around $15 total. The cashiers informed me I could get one more free as well-- super friendly staff. Fairly clean area, nice selection of clothes. Definetly a place to swing by if you're ever in the mall :)"
"I have to give this place a solid 4 stars. Not giving a five since their clothing isn't top notch quality. BUT they have a large variety for all different sizes and styles. Their prices are awesome too! I so liked they fact that they don't employ Barbie dolls and their body styles were as varied as their clothing. Good job Rue 21! We'll be back."
