"Every time I shop I'm more impressed! I shopped order-to-store & waited till last minute & bad weather rolled in. They told me not to worry about it. Now this doesn't seem like a big deal except they had just given me a week due to migraines. Their customer service is phenomenal!"
"I went in today with gift cards but I did not know the balance. I asked the associate if she could check them for me, and she told me no that I would have to call the number on the back. I tried that before and it didn’t work. Fast forward to checkout, another associate was able to check the balance without me even having to ask. They were nice, but they were both unprofessional in my opinion. No one greeted me when I came in, and they were giggling and laughing so much with each other I felt neglected. From now on, I’ll shop online."

"I was in the Greenwood location on 5/1. I was trying to find something to wear to my stepmoms funeral. I don’t live here and had to pack and get here quickly. I was feeling overwhelmed and couldn’t figure out what I wanted. The 2 women working were so kind and helped me pick out some great options. I really appreciated them taking the time to listen to me ramble on about what I needed and how I was feeling and putting me at ease. I left with 2 options that I feel great about and felt like a weight was lifted having that off my list of things to do. Fantastic customer service and a great example of just being kind."
