"All about the $$! NOT customer centered. What business doesn't let your family do simple exchanges of there gifts do to size issues? Answer is Hollister!! Buy it on a holiday sale and get the wrong size your family has to pay the difference (aka,full price!) to exchange ....totally ridiculous and laughable. Apparently its in the small print sure isnt on the reciept?? They have lost this family's business for life."

"Typical overpriced clothing. Store was not busy at all. Associates were busy talking to one another and offered no help. ( I was just in there browsing around anyway). Would have been nice to be greeted or acknowledged I was in the store. Also would have been nice if they told me about any promotions or sales they had going on and I would have probably been more prone to purchase something."
