"Selling parts they dont have, waiting for a refund."
"I recently bought a bunch of front and back brake parts for my car. The parts came fairly fast in a couple of days. There was an issue where I had ordered one too many parts and cancelled the extra part before it was shipped but they still charged me for it. I requested a refund and they promptly refunded my money. I will definitely be ordering all my Honda parts from this place from now on. I do wish they could charge a little less on the shipping charges but it still cost less than what the dealerships here charge. UPDATE: I had placed two orders back in 2020 with no problems, however I placed an order on 9/7 and literally just got my products shipped today on 9/15. To make matters worse nobody contacted me either via a call or email. Heck, not even a text message letting me know my order was delayed. I had placed this order because it was $20 cheaper than going to the dealer but next time I will just pay a little more and go to the dealer in my own town. Plus their shipping fees are really high and for most orders its really not even worth the few dollars you save compared to the headache of having to constantly follow-up on an order status wondering when or if they will ever ship your order."
"I have been ordering through this dealer for the past 6 years and I absolutely love the pricing, the people who work there, fast shipping and customer service. I had a couple issues with the site when ordering parts on several occasions but nothing that couldn’t be resolved. When parts were on back order I would always get notified via email or a call so I wouldn’t have to wait for it and have a choice to proceed or cancel my order."
"This is a dealership who bucks the "over-priced", "over-sold" dealership stigma. I came in for a few services, but my tires needed to be replaced. This was WAY outside my budget, but my tech looked every which way to save me money and got the total back into my budgetary capacity. Thirteen out of ten stars. Highly recommend."
"Website doesn't function well, spent hours attempting to order parts, large order, multiple error messages. FINALLY completed the order, called the next day to confirm order. Hour later received email that my order had been cancelled and that I would be issued a refund, NO EXPLANATION. Called customer service, was promised a prompt call back, never happened. Spent hours completing the order and incurred towing expenses in reliance on the order. Own three Acuras and love the cars but will never deal with this place again!! Acura Parts Warehouse dotcom fulfilled my order promptly and treated me like a valued customer. What a concept!"
