"I used to go here all the time and stopped because I wanted to try some different places once I had more income. This is still the best place. My gel nails always start chipping at other places in less than a week, and often, it's too thick. I'm going on 2 weeks now, and the polish is layered thin enough that I can still scratch or use my fingernail for something! Great technicians, prices, and inventory. They even have some more environmentally friendly/less toxic polishes. Update- they could use some polishes with a broader spectrum of colors. I went through three colors last time that looked nothing like they did on the sample nail, on my nails."
"The prices are decent but the customer service is very bad. The older gentleman that did my feet acted afraid to touch me. And the gentleman that did my nails stayed on the phone and watched his phone and talked to his family the whole time doing my nails."
"This has been my go to place for a while, but everytime I come I'm charged more for the same service. I waited over 1.5 hrs after getting my toes just painted with gel polish which was $30. Just painted no pedicure. I finally got my nails done after waiting for so long to be told my total was $80 for the shortest set with gel polish, toes painted and they don't look great as if they were rushed as well as one hand looks as if they are square and next a few look coffin shaped. All of my nails are not the same length. A total waste of money and time. Nails were not fully painted down or on the sides. If I hadn't been overcharged I would have them as well as polish on toes removed."
"I was alone in the waiting room when another lady arrived after 15 minutes. They asked us about the services we wanted and told us to sit. However, they started serving the lady who came after me. After waiting for about 30 minutes, I asked why she was getting service before me. They said it was because she was getting a manicure and I was getting a fill-in. I told her it shouldn't matter and that I arrived 15 minutes before her, so I should be served first. Their response and treatment was terrible, so I have decided not to go there anymore. The services have been terrible since Lynn left."
"The prices are high, and the quality is too. These were $70 and I tipped the nail tech because I love my nails. The color is 10 and nude powder for an ombré full set. I'm an high school student so $70 is high to me at the momentjust to clarify."
