"I got my nails done here on Friday and was seated immediately and had no issues. The man doing my nails states midway through,”We will fix your nails up to 3 days after if something happens,” which I thought was weird, I later learned that was normal for this nail salon. Saturday one of my nails chipped. I drive one hour on Sunday back to get the chipped nail fixed to find out it will be a 30 minute wait. After expressing that I drove one hour to have this fixed the girl at the front offered me to come back another day. Horrible customer service for a nail that was chipped less than 24 hours after I got them."

"Best quality, nail technicians and service. We are visiting from Pensacola, and didn’t make an appointment. They took us immediately, got us drinks and had us seated with a technician within seconds. No wait for three of us. Not trying to rush you in and out. They took the time to get the gel off properly. Not just dremeling it off to save them time. My technician, even applied extra coats, since she saw how thin the ends of my nails were. I will be coming back, the next time I’m in town. Thank you Soho"
