"I called ahead to see if I could use their services, and they cut me off mid sentence. I was told “okay, you just come in now.” Then click; they hung up the phone. I’m not sure if they actually do good work, but if I can’t have a simple conversation with them then I don’t trust they’ll take good care of me."
"I went in just to get my acrylics removed. The whole store smelled like fish. Getting my acrylics removed has never been more painful. They kept trying to pry the acrylics off my nail beds. I could do that if I wanted, but I wanted them removed well. My nails have never been more sore after removing acrylics before. I do not recommend"
"$50 for a fill in but this is the best my nails have looked in a long time!! Only thing is one person could do Acrylic nails."
"Elude nail spa is not professional at all. I received service last week that was not done correctly. I called the manager about my issues the next day. He reported call back we are busy. I call back several times and still no cooperation. So l went over to the establishment and again requested a manager. The manager requested me to come back the next day. I replied not good. He replied so when can you come back. I replied my next off day. After this l called again and requested a full refund or the service to be completely done over. The issue is still not resolved. Do not waste your time and money supporting this company if you’re looking for a good service."
"I came in wanting only acrylic nail polish on my nails and I said this three times, but the nail tech started a manicure and I had to stop her and tell her again I don’t want a manicure. I also asked for a pedicure with gel toe nails and gel polish. I wasn’t sure if you could get gel nails on toe nails so I asked twice and was told yes. What I received is a pedicure and gel polish. Theses are my toenails a few hours after getting them done. Not sure if it’s normal to not polish the whole nail. I wish they listened to want I wanted the first time and they were more transparent about what they could do and can’t. I paid $67 for my service before tip. I’m not sure what cost what, it wasn’t in the receipt. Won’t ever come back."
