"We visited Altitude today. We met the most helpful, genuine employee named Bridget. She was very knowledgeable about the membership plan, we were checked in and had our snacks within minutes. Everyone needs to check out the membership plan, it’s an excellent deal!!! Big shoutout to Bridget!!! You are exceptional at your job."

"I’ve been here in times past and enjoyed our experience. However, this last instance 1/23/24 was not as impressive. Front counter gentleman was not friendly at all. Why work somewhere if you’re not happy to be there? The sign letting you know you had to have special socks just to walk around and watch your kids wasn’t displayed until you already payed. I was nicely given socks anyways when approached by a worker. She was nice and I gave more stars for that. They do offer half price for 6 and under for the 1 hour jump which I also gave 3 starts for. In summary…work on friendliness and explaining that before the customer pays."

"I had my daughter’s sixth birthday party here, the day after I discharged from the hospital with multiple back surgeries. It was her first birthday party and I did not want to miss it. Prior to and during the party the staff was so helpful with questions and answers. They managed every aspect of the party and made sure it came off great. Th young lady working the party even brought me a more comfortable chair because she could see I was in pain. It was a great experience for me because I could do absolutely nothing, and they took care of everything so my wife could welcome guests and talk to parents stress free. I would recommend this place to anyone for a party. I will use it again. I am so very thankful to the facility and staff for doing such an excellent job. Top notch."

"** Update, they are adding arcade games, massage chairs for parents, and possibly a cafe. They even have a photo booth. This is great. Ended up getting the membership. 2 hours of jumping any day, discounts for parents and friends with membership."
