"The only reason they are getting one star is because 0 isn't an option. The service from start to finish has been absolutely atrocious. After 3 months of back and forth, cancellations, parts getting "lost", our dryer squeak is "fixed"....but at the expense of a massive dent in the side, the side panel not even being put back in place, and the drum light not working. This dryer was purchased brand new 6 months ago. I would never let this company back in my house. STEER CLEAR. Do not recommend."

"I was not going to write a review but I feel I must to warn others of my experience. I purchased a brand new dryer that started to squeal while running shortly after purchasing. I went through the manufacturer and they suggested the appliance guys for the repair. After the initial inspection we were setup for an appointment to get our dryer fixed on November 14, 2023. It took over 2 months to finally get them to fix our dryer. One reschedule was due to a sick technician so I don’t blame them for that. However, the repair was not completed until tonight 1/30/24. They supposedly didn’t order parts and had to reschedule, then they lost the parts and also showed up another time without them and had to reschedule. Complete lack of organization. Upon inspection of the dryer after getting fixed I noticed the side panel has been bent and was not installed correctly. (I was not home during the repair, my wife was) So after all of the hassle of getting them to finally do the repair…the work is unsatisfactory because my new dryer is bent on the side and the panel is not installed correctly. Please read other recent reviews and think twice before going with this company."

"We appreciate your candid honest opinion diagnostics of the GE Profile dishwasher. I purchased a bottle of glisten dishwasher cleaner. I followed the bottom instructions and got great results. Our dishwasher is working fine no soap problems. Thank you for your help."

"Expensive, slow, incompetent, and unprofessional. Took them five appointments and almost a month to fix a washer and they still invoiced me full price. Their office screens your number and doesn't call back. The only thing that went smoothly was them sending their bill. They bungled their service for weeks. Their office staff will screen your number if they don't want to talk to you. They don't return calls. No one would be accountable when things didn't go right, even after repeatedly needing to be called out. 11/13 they came out quickly, gave 30 minutes headsup, arrived within time window, diagnosed the problem. Billed for the inspection. 11/22 replacement part arrives, technician broke the part upon installation 11/29 tech installs part, washer works initially, stops working after an hour 12/1, tech comes out again, fixes installation, washer stops working again. Call their office repeatedly, leave voicemail, never receive call back. Try text, three different people respond via text. I ask for a call. No one ever calls. Schedule a tech to come out, a fifth time. 12/6, technician comes out again to fix washer. Washer stays working. Five visits and month without a washer, never an apology let alone recognition."
