I take it to Kirby West at the drop off. Roger is very quick on repairing my Kirby and getting it back to me. Very happy customer."

"Ripped off....long story short Roger told me it would cost me $89 to replace the cord on my Kirby and when I called the store and spoke with the manager to get a price they told me $44 After he dropped my Kirby off the bill was $139. $50 for cord and $89 for labor and diagnostics. Oh I must also mentioned that I was told $44 over the phone and he says well I drove out here 3 times. So basically paid $100 for gas.."

"Kirby people showed up at my house last night at 7. They offered me free Glade to give their presentation. I'm in sales too so I understand how it is so I decided to hear them out. Never encountered door to door sales before and wow were they pushy. Some girl barged her way in my house and they started setting up. They did the typical thing you'd expect, cleaned a couch and the floors. Dumped some salt all over the place and cleaned it up, the normal kind of stuff. I told them from the beginning I'm not the homeowner and I'm not going to buy but they "get paid to do a demonstration" so I let them continue. Finally after what seemed like forever he packs up and they leave. I start to clean up the salt mess that he forgot to clean up and start looking for my "free gift" and it was no where to be found. They stole their "gift" back on the way out!! Now I'm not saying they were bad people but you start walking into people's houses offering gifts and you steal them back because they didn't buy and you lose overall trust, not just in the person (who never told me their name or left a card), but in the company. You're in the place I rest my head at night and you're taking things? I don't agree with this , nor will I ever allow Kirby back in my house. Yeah it's a small thing but when you're allowing people in your private space, the littlest if things matter. No accountability available because they would only tell me they were with Kirby out if Indianapolis? Great vaccums, crooked sales people , end of story."
