"Had to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change today. If the new building addition was an attempt to streamline some processes, it has failed. I've been getting my work truck serviced at the quick lube for years, now I guess I'll have to find another place."

"I didn’t have to wait too long to get my 2017 Mercedes Benz GLE 350 oil changed. I got greeted immediately right after I pulled up. Kieran and the other guy did the service on my SUV. They did an excellent job. AND I saved $200 + from getting it done at Fort Wayne Mercedes Benz Service! My ride was so smooth driving home. I’ll definitely be returning on my next oil change. If anyone is looking for a good oil change place, this is it."

Then Collin, was extremely helpful and nice about me coming in five mins before close, between them two and the tech (sorry I don’t have his name) I was in and out in mere mins! You guys ROCK! "I was charged .$41 dollars for environmental fees when I asked she said shop rags and stuff like that. I haven’t looked to see if I was charged tax on that they wanted $300 for two tires I drove to Belle in south bend and saved $150. I don’t feel they are operating on a professional level. But they are polite."

"Recently we brought our car in for leaking power steering fluid. The first time we took it in we paid for some new parts and labor and things we didn't want done, but assumed it was fixed. Within a week it was still leaking so we took it back in, they found it was leaking elsewhere. They fixed that too. And guess what...it's still leaking. We won't be taking it back for a third time. I am so incredibly disappointed in the fact that our car continues to leak despite the. Fixing it, and that they never called us back regarding another thing we asked them to check out. It should not take multiple trips to fix an issue. And at this point it should not still be leaking. We will absolutely not be using them ever again."
