Best Buy

"I unironically enjoy the Best Buy experience. The managers don't know jack about new releases ever if you ask them, but they're willing to stand in their tower perched up ready to micromanage an associate over to an unwilling customer gleefully. You will find expert level advice from their associates though, they are true nerds. It's been the same experience for like 20+ years with Geek Squad taking advantage of the elderly, all that good stuff. I don't know how they compete to this day, but I'm glad they're around for new releases since no one checks them out immediately. Come here if you're looking for that thing that's sold out everywhere else, you'll probably find it. This specific location by the mall is always good to checkout after you've returned items to Kohl's from Amazon. I don't know how they can improve, so I guess just staying the same should suffice."

"Friendly staff that kept approaching me to see if I needed any help. Best selection of any Best Buy I have been to in a while. They are actually stocked on most things and have displays of everything you want to look at."

"Nice store, except the mens restroom looks like it has not been clean for some time. It is also hard to get assistance from someone. I think the employee goes and hides. But I truly believe they "Best Buy" are not hiring people either. They, just like the fast food stores, do not want to pay $16+ for rookies"

"Worst best buy I've ever been to. No associates knew where anything was. Some actually said find someone else to help you. Their check out lines was closed and making everyone checkout at customer service and dtand in line with others returning products. No wonder everyone goes to Amazon now."
