"Called them and was hung up on the first time. Then I asked about their free appliances removel. Was told they don't pick anymore unless you buy from them. However, you can drop it off to them, and they will gladly take it. Not very friendly on the phone either."

"Bought washer and dryer and the lady was great to work with. Asked if they delivered and installed, and was told yes. Delivered today and they didn't bring the hoses for the washer. I called regarding it and dealt with extremely rude man who said we don't install. Read the paperwork. Okay maybe when I bought it she she misunderstood my question, but didn't need the rudeness"

"I called before I went to the store. Told a lady I needed a washer and was going to buy one. The lady said be there by 3pm. I told her I would but it would be close. Well when I got there at 2:57. I saw her leaving the parking lot and laughing. This was on a Saturday. So they purposely packed up and got out of the store so they would not have to stay late. Well that's ok I went to Carrera Appliance off Washington and found a a better selection of washers and dryers. If you are looking for a washer or dryer go there. My cousin came over and saw what I got for $300 and was mad he bought from Big Jon. He paid the same and got a off brand P.O.S compared to what I got. I was mad but it all worked out for the better. So thank you Big Jon's for doing bad business!!!"

"We bought a washer from them which they didn’t even hook it up for us, washer has an excessive amount of vibration. Put a deep scratch in our floor and when we called them to fix it, they ducked our calls and after nonstop attempts to contact they sent us the number of a contractor who doesn’t respond either. Got grease in out carpet. Very unprofessional to say the least."

"Bought 2 washer and dryer sets over the last 20 years from them. First one worked great for over 10 years. 2nd one is still working great but somehow my daughter ended up with it . So back for another set this week. Highly recommend"
