"NOT a trans friendly location at all. If you're trans and are looking for a safe place to shop, this location is NOT where to go. The employees were uninformed on what they carried and made it clear they were disinterested in helping. They made my friend feel like her body was strange for needing a big band size and a smaller cup bra, and they sized her into a wildly incorrect size, presumably because they had it in stock. There wasn't a bra in the store that my friends could find in her size, and they didn't have any cup size in a band over 46. My friends initially asked for a bra fitting, which the employee was plainly disgusted by, then told her that she is a 44 F (she's actually a 50 B), and said to go find it themselves, without setting up a fitting room, or offering assistance like they did for other customers in the store at that time. When they asked another employee for assistance in finding the correct size, she acted like one of my friends was out of their mind when asking for a 50 band size bra in a B cup, she indicated she didnt think that was available at all, and behaved like it was an incredibly bizarre request, walking away while my friend was still speaking to her. When they searched the website, they discovered Lane Bryant does offer a 50 B in several styles, but the employees didn't know that or care to check. Employees were polite and helpful to EVERYONE else in the store, so one can only assume they didn't like my friends in particular. The employees at this store desperately need more training and a big dose of compassion, especially if Lane Bryant wants to tout themselves as trans friendly. Y'all can't hire just anyone when you've got trans people looking for a safe shopping experience without making sure they're a good, compassionate, informed, understanding person who will ensure a safe and pleasant experience. Y'all are harming people and it is not okay."

It felt like I was shopping with my friend while she was grabbing me different sizes and making sure I didn’t even need to leave the fitting room. Janice cashiered me out and made sure I got amazing sale deals! Thanks for being amazing at what you do!"

"I like their materials all the time. Also, the sale and clearance prices are very good. Their tops are different from the others. I bought a laundry mesh bag from there after the associate recommended it for me; it is the best laundry mesh bag I have ever used. I am using it frequently and still in good shape."
