Affordable Appliances was so welcoming and helpful. A mother/daughter team were able to find me the parts I needed. It’s seems to be family owned. "The entire staff is tenative and knowledgeable! This business is one of the rare gems where you can go in, and an employee will take the time to ask meaningful questions in order to best assist you. I stopped by to ask some questions about a custom powder coating oven im building, not at all related to their appliances. For starters, they were all very willing to hear me out. The thing that impressed me the most was their line of questions they asked me. It made me feel as if my project was important. They took the time to google search for information and also brainstormed some ideas. Long story short, they care! They take the time to get to know you and your project, and it really does show. "Many years ago, I had a friend in the appliance repair business. If it was a simple fix, he sold me the parts. If not, he would come fix it. He retired 25 years ago and I thought great customer service had disappeared. While visiting my daughter this week, she asked if I could repair her gas dryer. The simple part appeared on their websites, so I visited the big box store that sells the appliance, as well a major hardware store that claims to have all hardware. In both cases, they did not stock the parts. I wound up at Affordable Appliances, where I found that great customer service that I thought was gone forever. Working with Brandy and Matt, I found two new friends as well as the parts I needed. Matt knew the appliance inside out (literally), and when I told him what I needed, he reached behind him, without turning around, and pulled the correct part from the shelf. The facility was immaculate and I loved the people there. I understand they also do sales via mail and are working on a B2C website. I could not recommend them more highly"
