"What a train wreck of a McDonald's. Normally when I hit the drive through first thing in the morning for a breakfast sandwich I don't have any problems, but this evening I went in to place my order. Kids working have absolutely no "customer service" No hello, can I take your order, nothing, just a blank stare while he's listening to his air pods. Place the order, wait 13 minutes for somebody to come up and ask what my order was. Thank god I saved the receipt. Get my order, the bag looks like it's been through hell and back, my wife's burger was almost completely unwrapped. Didn't even feel safe eating the food."

"This McDonald's encourages you to use the kiosk to order your food. When there is a line, a cashier will greet you and take your order. Generally speaking, this McDonald's is clean and organized. There is someone usually in the lobby disinfecting tables and counters. The food comes to you hot if you're dining in. On some occasions, the food doesn't come hot going through drive-through. Staff was friendly, and it's usually one of the only McDonald's I will go to when I Michigan City Indiana. The dining area is upgraded some. And they still have a play area for the kids."

"Poor service, absolutely poor. Only the lady taking cash in the back window is ok. Everyone else. 0 stars. Paid extra for bacon not on my sandwich and 8 minutes straight, phone ringing with no answers. I'd be very angry to not speak to someone about my messed up order. 2/17 wasted my whole lunch driving back and forth. Did get a refund."
