"I ordered on the app around one to have my pizza ready by 5pm. 30 minutes later im still waiting for my food. I get its Super bowl Sunday but if I'm spending over $70 on food I better have my food ready at 5:00 when I want it ready and not be fored to wait 30 minutes. That's okay I'm never coming back here again. Plenty of pizza places in Portage that are delicious and are worth a few extra dollars Edit: I came home and discovered one of my pizzas was wrong so thank you little Caesars of Portage for adding another reason to me not coming back. Yes it was Superbowl but there's no reason I should've waited 30 minutes nor got the wrong pizza."
"We placed an order at Little Caesars in Portage on New Years Eve. The doordash delivery driver lied and said the pizzas were delivered and Little Caesars would not answer their phones. I understand it being a busy night but they continued to play with their phones, and that was the 2nd annoying thing about the horrible situation. My children were hungry and we have to get a refund in 7-10 business days. I didn't pay for my food in 7-10 business days. The service sucks!"

"I worked at Little Caesars before and this one was probably the worst one I been at November 24, 2023 @5:30 pm. For one the manager on duty was bossing people around complaining about things and not doing anything to help. Not helping out the front or even helping making the food. Secondly, when I received the food it was not cut properly to where it was a struggle to pull the pizza apart. To top everything, they barely cut up the crazy bread and instead of tearing the pieces they just rolled up the crazy bread and put in the bag. Very upset and would recommend getting little Caesars at other locations until this location shapes up."
"This Little Caesars is very accurate with their food even when we order complicated orders. The workers seem to enjoy themselves too, which improves the atmosphere."
