"There are some not so fabulous food service employees these days, which is why I am compelled to stop in the parking lot and write this!! I have ALWAYS had the most lovely service at this Panda Express location! The employees are well-spoken, accurate and FRIENDLY! Today it was Sasha at the window - but each and every time I leave feeling that the employees actually LIKE what they do, and that is hard to come by these days!!! Well done!"
"Really need to use hair nets. Today, I found a dark blonde or brown straight hair in my food and mouth! My family has black curly and kinky hair. Plus, no one was around me when I opened my plate. Will not be going back."
"My experience sucked! I ordered the large plate of black Angus pepper steak. Take a look at the picture, not an ounce of peppers but extra mushrooms. I called back to the Panda Express in Portage, IN, inquiring to, as why I had no peppers. The worker stated that they were out. I understand that, but she could have explained or warned me when I placed the order, but she says they don't warn you. Well ,to my surprise, no peppers when I got home. It is very wrong to withhold items from an order when you think you are getting the real deal. Wendy's warn you when they have no lettuce. I am very pussed! My heart was set those peppers!!!!"
