"Service less than accommodating, food was very dry, fries cold. I wish I could have put 0 star for the customer service was very rude! I will drive extra 15 minutes to another Popeyes."
"Went for 2 chicken family meals on 2/23/24, the service was under 10 minutes. The employees were friendly and in uniform. The dining room was clean and organized. Our food was hot, fresh and correct. I huge change from yrs past. I'm thinking new ownership. Love them!!!!"
"Stopped in after shopping one evening. I don't eat at Popeyes much but my girlfriend and I thought it sounded good. Up until then we had only eaten at the Popeyes in Sauk Village. The chicken sandwich was miles above the one I had at Sauk Village. It almost seemed like a different sandwich honestly. I will definitely be visiting again."
"Sense this location was sold to a new buyer. The quality of the food is garbage. I've had plenty of people tell me that. but I still wanted to give it a try. The fried chicken doesn't even taste like Popeye Chicken. Like it's missing ingredient or two. My Red Bean and Rice was watery. The spicy chicken didn't even taste spicy. Like water taste. Won't be back until newer owner comes and buy them out."
"I ordered through the drive thru and I’m furious with the food I got. Was it hot? Yes. Made fresh? Seemed like. What’s the problem: the chicken tenders they gave me are thinner than a dinner plate. I’m appalled at how thin they are that it almost seems like they took a deli cut, fried it and called it a Tinder. All four pieces were like this. Additionally, not pictured, I got a chicken thigh that was nearly all gone and the worlds smallest drumstick for a second meal. They’re clearly cheapskates and for 13 dollars a meal, this is appalling."
