"PSA: CHECK ALL YOUR ORDER before you leave parking lot. Ordered via drive-through this afternoon at 4:22pm. and paid $28.21 for two meals that were totally incorrect Ordered #1 Beef n Cheddar and received just a beef sandwich dry with no cheddar Ordered #13 chicken club wrap and received some marketplace sandwich as pictured $30 is too much to pay for fast food that's not at least accurate per the order placed. The orders were not specialized, nothing extra or removed...plain simple billboard as is orders. This is ridiculous and uncalled for. REVISED: per generic response from Arby's Owner below I did contact corporate in regards to this issue and have yet to receive a response. Therefore, my conclusion is the company values are reflected in service rendered and all could careless about customer satisfaction. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR GOOD TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY AT ARBYS!!"

"From the receipt timestamp I waited 18 minutes to get my food in the drive through. (would have went in the store if I didn't have a child with me) It took 16 minutes for the food and then the workers stared at me for 2 more minutes until they came back to bring my drinks. The food was just ok since some was not as fresh. The only good part was the lady that gave me my drinks was very apologetic. The guy who took the order did not seem to care. I have no plans to go back to the store, longest wait I've ever experienced in a drive through."
