"I was shopping the day before Christmas Eve and when I was leaving I noticed my tire was flat. I went to the back to the auto center and the woman works at the desk was extremely rude. I ended up buying a tire inflator instead of having to deal with her but my tire was in too bad of shape. I ended up waiting 3.5 hours there on them to get my car back."
"Tire Center at Terre Haute Indiana on HWY 41.. Will not go back. Was told it would be 30-35 minutes and after 1.5 hours they had gotten the oil change done and put my SUV back in the lot to wait to do the tire rotation. I said that I wasn't waiting any longer then the pulled it in anyways to do the tire rotation and took another 30 minutes before they got that done. What was really bad about the whole situation they weren't even that busy. Worst experience ever. Very unhappy customer."
