"Bad customer service, "manager" didn't want to honor the return and refund the part. Horrible. She acts like if she is refunding money out of her own pocket"

"I went to buy wipers blades for my car. I asked one of the associates if they could help me find the right size once I got the right size I went to choose one wipers blades that were about $22. I asked the same associate if he could help me place the wiper blades to my car he said he can help me, but I will have to buy wiper wash fluid in order for him to place them in my car. I told him I didn’t need the wiper wash fluid but he said he I have to buy it in order for him to help me so I bought it. Once he took out the wiper blades, he noticed that they were not the right for my car so he into the aisle, And he proceeded to grab another set of wiper blades that were around $12 and he told me we could go to your car and set up the new wipers. I told him if he was going to refund me the difference because he was going to place a $12 wiper blades instead of the ones I bought originally for $22. He told me that there was not much of a difference so we could leave it like that I told him no the price is $22 and I’m getting a set of wiper blades that are for 12 so I told him if he could refund it me all my money back"

"Not a store that is black people friendly, I bought 4 brake pads but the mechanic ended up saying I only needed 2. I came in store with a receipt 24 hours later , and the staff treated me like a theif. First the manager stated shecan't do returns until 12 in the afternoon. Then she changed her story because I ask another associate. She then states she needs to make cash transactions first, need I remind you I paid with card. The brakes were brand new in the box, this woman cut open the box and just made a big scene inspecting it. Then I was able to do a return , All the staff walked around when I said I was making a returnand it took me 30 minutes to make a return."

"Owners Autozone 5939 s Western Ave Chicago IL I wanted to buy some seat covers for my car, oil and an interior light and they denied me the service. The manager and security took me out of the store to go buy it elsewhere. The manager thought that I had opened the box of the cover, I explained it wasn't me, that I just took advantage of the fact that the cover fell out of the box and that I took advantage of seeing the material and the size, it's racism and she told me that because I had opened, Im insists that he check his cameras that I did not open the box. This is an act of racism that is unfortunate than the poor service and attitude of the manager on duty. It is 7:40 pm today February 13, 2023. Best Regards"
