"Ignorant customer service. They take your money for parts they say they have in stock. They don't. They're not even competent enough to send you a confirmation email when you place an order. Now I have $400. Tied up in this POS company waiting to see if they can manage to process a refund. I do take some responsibility for not checking reviews first. Google, Facebook, Yelp, an F rating on better business bureau. I'm clearly not the only one they've screwed over. Hopefully someone reads this first before making the same mistake I did."

"Stay away from this place they will scamm you on the parts when I was there I saw the price of the part on the computer screen at the counter wich they are buying at Amazon. And are marking it up three times the cost of what they are paying. The part was 35.00 dollars When I pointed it out to the guy at the counter he said that's what they buying it for. And tried to sell it for 78.00 dollars I told them they are over pricing the part he told me to buy it at Amazon. I would never buy from this place again or recommend this place to my friends or family. Shame on you Midwest appliance for trying to scamm your customers If you are a Technician stay away from this place and buy your parts from ebay or Amazon becuase thas what these guys are doing all day long.."

"Ordered small paint bottle on Amazon. They sent the totally wrong color in a bag marked with the color I needed. Amazon reached out to them because it’s not returnable but their answer was submit a return request per return policy! WTH. I think they did this deliberately because they know you can’t return it."

"It's weird how most of the reviews are either 5 or 1. I had a great experience- this was the only place in the country I could find the parts I needed for my Fisher Paykel. Website worked great, parts showed up on time, and the couple phone calls I had with them were with reasonably friendly people, and most importantly, they got my order right."

"Unfortunately I can not give a zero review. I ordered 4 parts and sent one back. I followed all instructions given. Never received any response back. After 3 emails I called them to address my return status. I was denied my return. Sent back in same bag, same box and paid to send back. My follow up phone call on day 2 I was told my previous conversation was he said she said against me. I agree with all the other reviews I have read. Terrible company, DO NOT purchase anything from them. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to my purchase. Appalled by the responses I read from Midwest to other customers. Very discriminatory and rude."
