"If I could leave half a star I would. After 2 weeks of owning this washer and dryer. The dryer started making loud noises and stopped dying. We have not been able to wash clothes for over 2 weeks now. The warranty states that if something happens to the dryer within 60 days, the company will send out a mechanic to fix it. They only have 1 mechanic, who is incompetent and only works after 6pm. The first week, he would not answer any of my phone calls or texts( by the way, this is not my job!!! The company should ensure their mechanic comes) the second week, He has come every day of the week and everyday he doesn’t have the right tool or piece to fix the dryer. PLEASE AVOID BUYING HERE. For your peace abs quality of a nice washer and dryer. I also complained to the store. They don’t know who the owner is and can only call the mechanic to come out. Again, DONT but there."

"The place is the WORSE!!! I have been without a refrigerator for over 3 weeks. I lost money because all of my food spoiled. I’ve talked to someone every day and they lied and said they were coming. Also, two men hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional. This is why their other business (Globe Appliances) closed down. I hope this business gets shut down as well. Scammers. Frauds. They need to be out of business ASAP. Will report them to the BBB. They also own Appliance Liquidation."

"The worst!!! Dryer from stackable washer and dryer stop working two week after purchasing it. they came to fit it and the problem still remain. I keep Calling them about the same problem now my warranty is over and the owner keep telling me he is going to send the man out to repair the issue that was suppose to be repair months ago out of my expense! Don’t waste yo money and i will Be calling the better business Bureau... After writing this review the dryer set on fire almost burned down my house. I only Had the stackable dryer for 3 months. When i called The owner about the situation he told me that he would send someone out but i have To pay for. I been calling them before it led up to this problem. I told Him i will Find a professional to look at it and i did And he came and told me I’m lucky i turned The dryer off because it could have set the house on fire. I called within my 60 days and your repair man still couldn’t get it right. Called in a professional And he fixed it and haven’t had that problem since. Thanks but this store should be close down."
