"Fix It Guy Chicago diagnosed a system issue (a coolant blockage) with my fridge in about 10 minutes. This issue was missed by several technicians sent by the warranty company. Gabriel was very efficient and professional, explaining the issue in detail and how the symptoms I mentioned were related to it. He also walked through the next steps and expected timeline and answered all of my questions. I was very happy with this service call."

And they are good at it! As a side, I only wish the replacement parts for Viking appliances would be more reasonable."
"Professional and well versed in repairs. Robert and his crew are very personable and walked me through everything. I had both stove top and refrigerator repairs to be done and Robert and team were able to diagnose and address. Multiple visits due to finding the need to order the parts which can’t be controlled. Reason for 3 stars (wish I could rate higher) - I did have some challenge when my refrigerator needed to be pulled out and a wood floor wasn’t protected and was damaged by indents from the rollers. I do believe we could have assessed that more diligently and taken additional steps to prevent and/or remedy."
