"Had Arnie come out to hook up my new hot tub. he charged me $400 and the breaker and disconnect box was already installed. all he had to do was wire hot tub to disconnect box and he didn’t hook up the disconnect correctly. Great escape came out and had to fix his work. here’s a pic of his connection And he’s the owner. call someone else."

"Have a Milwaukee electric ratchet here for almost 2 years just to replace a snap ring that holds the socket on. It's almost been 2 years, and I still haven't gotten it back. I have made many attempts to check the progress, and I get told to be patient. Also, I have had a 12.0 Milwaukee battery here for about 6 months and again same thing. I do not recommend binging your tools here unless you like to wait and never use your tools."
