"This place sent my computer off to a warehouse to be “fixed” and I literally never got it back. They kept making excuse and saying there were just about to call me whenever I called them to check in on it so I just gave up and purchased a new one."

"Had an excellent experience. Had a phone brick on me. Set up an online appointment as this was a Google recommended repair facility. Best case was the screen went inop. Worst case is the motherboard failed. Came in at opening and was greeted quickly. Tony said he'd take a look and call me in an hour. Diagnosis is free. He called in an hour and said he was going to try and replace the screen. Quoted me a price if that fixed it. I said okay. Unfortunately that did not fix it. Original screen was reinstalled and I was not billed. Overall worst case scenario but excellent customer service. Will use them for future problems I can't fix."
