"Edit: so they were unaware of the dissatisfaction. Called and had my boss come back to fix what issues they could fix. He is greafull for that. I adjusted my star rating due to the attempt at making things right. Which they did. The work they did was good But my issue 2500 later the issue wasn't fixed. They fixed abuncha stuff that wasn't related to the issue. And maybe 1 that could have been the cause. We new the problem would be hard to diagnose but he assured my boss they could find it. At some point they are just throwing parts at it hoping something sticks. So that's why I gave 2 stars."

"Diesel South has been busy but still took time to talk to me about my EcoDiesel problems. Even though they were not able to get my truck in right away they talked to me about the error codes and symptoms to diagnose a couple of potential problems that could cause my issue. As you see in the picture the first suggestion happened to be the root problem and because of their help I was able to get my truck fixed and back on the road in no time. When I shop will spend the time with you even when you are not paying them it says a lot about their business, ethics and passion. I will be scheduling future work with them because of my experience and their professionalism. They are booked up in advance because they fix the problems and know what they are doing."
