"ZERO STARS- BEWARE! Over the last 20 years I’ve bought 10 or so cars and have never experienced such horrific incompetency until I dealt with this dealership this week. I knew the exact car I wanted and expressed to the salesperson this should be the easiest sale he’s ever made. But BMW Tuscaloosa made it so frustrating and wasted so many hours of my time this week over lack of communication and apparent incompetency. I’d even go so far to say I feel like I was being scammed several times throughout the process and also threatened with repossession at the end for good measure. I really like the car I purchased but I’ll be forever mad at myself for giving this dealership a penny of my money. My bet is on this dealership not staying open too long unless someone makes some drastic changes."
