"The employees on the floor don’t even speak or acknowledge your existence. That’s fine because personally that doesn’t bother me at all, but today all of the sudden my sister and I are being racially profiled. My sister and I were asked multiple times separately (by the same woman) if we needed help while looking in the natural hair section (beside the hair salon). As we are looking at the different products there is a white woman on the isle looking but the worker never once asked her if she needed help or asked her if she needed a bag. During this time the worker is having a very loud and obnoxious conversation with her coworkers about customers stealing. Then she proceeded to come back AGAIN and asked if we needed a bag. Then the other workers start laughing. We said no and we walked up to the skincare isle. We both looked at each other in disbelief. Another worker approaches me and says “do you need help?” I said no then he goes “I’m just asking because it looks like you are indecisive if you want the products or not because how you are holding them”….. what kind of interaction is that? Again… On a typical day NOBODY even speaks to me. Now today I’m being harassed. So I’m not allowed to take my time, read the labels and enjoy the “so called” Ulta experience? We ended up leaving spending money that we later REGRET doing after reflecting the experience we shared. I will never step foot into this location ever again. Ulta management needs to train employees on racial profiling!! Please look at other bad reviews, others have mentioned bad experiences as well."

"I’ve been shopping at Ulta for years now and never have I encountered such a rude employee as Mikiah, the cashier who checked me out today. Zero patience and zero desire to help with something as SIMPLE as using my birthday coupon. Absolutely crazy to work in retail and be that rude to customers. I’m appalled. I was trying to use my 10 dollars off birthday coupon which is supposed to apply to even prestige brands but she told me it wouldn’t work and was rushing me and so rude I didn’t even feel comfortable asking why. So I didn’t get to use it. I had to call Ulta customer service after I left to get my double birthday month points because, again, she didn’t give me the time to do it before."

"Went in for a brow wax, I’ve been going to Ulta for years because the “brow bar” is the best. I was so happy with the way Roya did my brows, she took her time and I got exactly what I was looking for, the shape and color were spot on! I will definitely be going back to this Ulta and requesting Roya!"

"Today was the first time, in a very long time, that I got to treat myself. Sometimes we need to feel pretty, confident, and feminine by purchasing superior products. I was helped by a wonderful lady working over by the eyebrow waxing hut. She taught me some tips and made me confident that I I was going to be happy with my purchases. Another lady patiently helped me pick out a new perfume, which is really hard, and she did it with a beautiful smile. I was given a paper to spray perfume on from a lady from Lancolm, which she had previously wrote on, and she said it must have been meant for me. It was like an inspirational fortune cookie paper. I almost cried. My final interaction was with the lady at the register who was extremely pleasant and kind. I can't express enough gratitude for how you all made me feel and what your kindness did for me today. Thank you for the best customer service I have had in a long time."
