"Terrible experience I'm not sure the woman's name who cut my hair but it wasn't a good experience. I asked for a trim because I have split ends. She first took an inch off and asked me how it looked, I saw that I still had split ends so I asked her to take another inch off. For some reason, she got upset but did cut another inch off. When she asked again how it looked she soaked the bottom half of my hair with her spray bottle so I couldn't see if I had any split ends still (which was the whole reason for the cut and I said that in the beginning). Since my hair was so wet, I couldn't see if it was what I wanted. It was a really weird experience. I didn't really understand why she did that. I've never experienced that before. She was pretty rude the whole time and halfway through the cut I tried talking to her and she literally just didn't respond... like ignored me. Never had a bad experience like that before and plan to never go back."

"Ok, so I had originally given a 3 star for the lack of consistency in haircut/fades...it's the same haircut we always get. I can say that my son getting his "Ronaldo" haircut made his night. It was perfect, he was happy."

"MY UNDERCUT IS GONE! Before anyone here starts touching your hair make sure you express everything that is required. They barely look at the notes and don’t ask any questions other than fade. (Either my undercut wasn’t noted or they just didn’t care) Make them listen…. That was my mistake. But for a hair stylist to start your hair cut sitting in a chair while refusing to ask what you want or failing to look at your hair before cutting is just lazy. I have had a pompadour with an undercut for years if he would have moved my hair he would have seen clear signs of an undercuts. SIGNS… THEN ASK. But I guess working weekends are too hard and makes you not care. Now I have to live with a my hair. Also the manager was nice but asked what she could do to correct it….. it’s gone! You gonna glue it back!? I understand some hair stylists are good here but this guy was definitely not. Great clips never had my full faith starting out but all I can say is if you go to them… hedge your bets, don’t trust the “notes” or the manager will help you glue it back on… Ill be going back to my expensive quality hair cut for sure… WHEN IT GROWS BACK!"
