"Lynnse did my hair and she borderline ruined it. She under processed the hell out of it and let me leave with the back of my head orange TWICE. I got bleach on the scalp to touch up my roots and she literally couldn't manage to let my hair process long enough, and I guess she assumed I'd never see the back of my head because she never bothered to correct it. After telling her how disappointed I was with my hair, she refused to fix it and told me "good luck!" So unprofessional! I posted my experience to Facebook and received another message from Lynnse telling me my hair was a color correction and that she told me my hair wouldn't match before we got started. Girl, are you joking? I had maybe an inch and a half of new growth, that is not a color correction. Plus, why would I spend almost $300 for my hair to not match? What??? So to summarize, don't get any blonding services by Lynnse. She will underprocess your hair, let you leave with it orange, and then lie to you about what kind of service you need. I now have to get an actual color correction to fix this atrocity she left behind. I do not recommend her."
