"The owner is really nice. The woman who apparently handles most of the orders had surgery and he lost my slip. He was so sweet though I didn't mind at all waiting a little longer for my glass. Very happy with the results and the price... hobby lobby was going to charge me $25 for the same piece of glass they charged $15 for. I like cutting out the middleman. Several years ago, a shelf in my grandfather clock was broken. They made a new one, and even drilled a hole to hang the shelf. Thank you for continuing to do custom orders for your small customers!"
