"It was easy enough, I needed a radiator hose I went in and the young man behind the counter took my information, got my hose, and told me what tools I would need, with a brief explanation of what I needed to do. So, I got those too. The young man was very friendly, I only wish I could remember his name!"
"They really helped my wife and I out of a jam with a loose connection on our battery. We were traveling from Tennessee in a time crunch and a makeshift rig in place that was hit and miss. We called ahead and the manager checked the battery, made sure it was good and put a cover on the post to shim it up. The car started when she got off her shift at the hospital at midnight. On a car-won’t-start and got to be somewhere kind of day, we got some help. Good man."
