They are all overworked and shorthanded and still are polite and help with anything you need! Please give them respect and be polite. Thank you so much for turning this store around !"

"Didn't know how to load paper money on my cash app and she was awesome at helping! Usually always a waiting line at checkout but it's the busiest DG I've ever seen also!"

"Not one of my favorite places. They're so slow and wont ever open up a second register even if the line is to the back of the store. And apart from the older gentleman and and younger latina lady, the rest of the crew here doesnt habe food people skills. One time I went in and the only two people working in the store were camped out front smoking in front of the entrance. They saw me enter then saw me waiting at the register before they finally decided to come in and do their job."

"This store has the absolute WORST employee I have ever come across in my life, literally. This wasn't the first time, there have been times that she wasn't this bad but definitely wasn't anything good either. Multiple times I have seen her be extremely rude to customers trying to check out when she is away from the register doing something else. I have seen her literally screaming at elderly customers that were asking for help finding an item that they were having trouble finding for whatever reason. I understand if they are shorthanded or busier than normal but that is not the customers fault therefore they should not be treated bad or negatively just for that reason. I have not caught her name yet, as she regularly doesn't wear a nametag like I'm sure they are required to do per Dollar Generals SOP, but it seems like she regularly opens therefore is working almost every morning each week. Also I want to stress the fact that it is only that one employee and that every other employee I have had any dealings with in that specific store has been very awesome with well above average customer service."
