"I purchased a new CZ 75 TC2 for Christmas. It came with 3 magazines and two of them would stick in the gun so bad that it's a struggle to extract them. I took the gun back up to them and showed them and they had same issue with it. All I wanted was to exchange the two bad magazines. One guy was extremely understanding about the issue but couldn't make that decision. The guy that could exchanged 1 of the bad mags with one out of another gun. It ran fine it that gun. Both did. But wouldn't exchange the other. Now I'm having to deal directly with CZ which is not a huge deal but it's a $1500 gun and literally brand new. A shop this size should be able to take care of small issues like this themselves. If you buy from them and there's a problem don't expect any help from them. Last time I'll ever do business with them. Worst customer service at a gun store I've ever experienced. They won't be around long with practice like this. Way too many other places that treat thier customers much better. UPDATE**** Chris contacted me and was completely understanding of this issue. He apologized and had me bring it back in to the store and made it right. Had a nice conversation with him and I am completely satisfied with everything. The store has a great inventory of firearms, knives, clothing and a friendly staff. I Will continue to shop at this store. Sorry I gave such a negative review, I should have tried to resolve it with Chris in the first place. Don't hesitate to give this place a a shot. You will be pleased."

"Great selections also my first visit but I will not be coming back to purchase any firearms or ammunition from here. The older gentleman in the firearm section behind the counter was a complete jerk when asked for a simple price check on some 124 grain 9MM defense and training ammunition both were overpriced but the accessories were priced like the big box stores. 2 stars due to selections available."
