"I've had mostly good experiences at Sport Clips, but today I discovered a flaw in their online check in system. Beware that wait times can change unexpectedly! The system showed a wait time over 3 hours at the time I checked in, so I watched the time to be ready to head to the store when my name was close to the top. The wait time got shorter then longer then suddenly got short again. My wait time went from 31 min to 17 min in a just minute or two. When I saw the time had shortened, I jumped in the car and got to the store in about 15 min. When I arrived, my name was third in line and my wait time was 1 hr and 20 min. The stylist said that they took the next person in line because I wasn't in the shop when my turn came. The rapid change in wait time in their system didn't matter. I could have accepted a few minutes of wait time, but I don't understand how two people were ahead of me and my wait had changed to over an hour. After waiting most of the afternoon, I wasn't willing to wait another 1 hr and 20 min."
"Great place to go if you're looking for a men's hair experience. Cut, wash, massage, hot towel...all come in the VIP Package... $39 Trust me, it's worth spending the extra money on. They even offer beard grooming services. The staff here was great. Brittany, the manager, was very professional in assisting me with a quick fix for some hair issues I had...lol. This team seems to enjoy what they do, and they will take care of you with any requests or concerns you may have. Go see them!"
