"Walk in on labor day holiday, was no problem. Cutious, quick, well done on cut. Only had to trim my widow's peak a little more precise at home. Lucky was in front so I could see it. I thought $30 was a little high for amount cut, but it was a holiday.. Worth a try to go here."

"To the individual (Darius Sykes) who just posted the negative review about our shop (Profiles Barbershop). I would like to respond personally to that review with my version of what happened. He brought his 2 boys in and asked if we could cut their hair. I spoke with him personally and told him we have barbers available to cut their hair. He went to get his boys. One of his boys was about to get in the chair to get his haircut and the other son ran into an empty chair and started rocking in it. Unacceptable! I told the young man to get out of the chair. I stated, "We don't allow that in here". He stated that I was rude to his child by not allowing him to tell him not to play in the chairs. WE DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO PLAY IN THE BARBER CHAIRS! This policy was put in place to make sure WE have adequate equipment to service our clients and to prevent any injuries from happening. It's nothing against kids or the parents. I believe as a parent with children you should have a conversation with your children BEFORE you enter any establishment on how they should conduct themselves. If the child had damaged the chair or hurt themselves, I wonder how the conversation would have gone. Here at Profiles Barbershop we strive to provide the best possible services to all our clients. I'm sorry if you felt I was rude, by telling your child to not play with our equipment, but I will continue to help parent any child that comes into this establishment with their parents who don't no how to conduct themselves. The sad thing about this situation now is that going forward he might or will have a conversation with his boys about not running around and jumping in any business going forward. Thank you"

"I came in with 2 of my kids age 4 and 5. The barber on the second left chair I believe was extremely rude toward my kids. One of my babies went and set in a empty booth, as I was telling him to get out the barber took it a pond himself and told me child to get out of the chair and muttered a few rude words under his breath as if he was annoyed.. I kindly told them I will decline and took my business elsewhere I will never come to this barber shop again. To be rude to a child the moment he set in a closed booth without for allowing the parent to handle the situation is extremely bothering to me"

"Marcus did an excellent job on my teenage son's hair. My son is mixed and I had a hard time finding barbers that can cut his textured hair. Been all around Huntsville for years. Finally, the search is over! Thank you Marcus."

"This is by far the best barbershop in Huntsville. It is very modern and contemporary. I love the plasma televisions hanging on the walls and the sports like environment, perfect for any type of man, child or woman whose looking for a great cut. They cater to all ethnics but specializes in African-American hair. Vernon Brown is the best barber in there hands down. He's normally packed Thursday -Saturday therefore it's best to catch him in the early part of the week."
