Free sizing kits and tangible color charts make the process about as smooth as you can expect. Having the ability to order a single fully sublimated uniform without quantity minimums is awesome. "Designed/Ordered our team's baseball uniforms from Triton. The entire process was easy and Thomas was awesome to work with. He was very patient with my indecisiveness, and made every little change I wanted to see. Not only was the process great, but the product was even better! I'm not exaggerating when I say every single tournament we played in this past fall, we had multiple coaches, players and fans from other teams commenting and complimenting our uniforms. We looked the best by far! They also held up extremely well both on grass and turf fields. I can't recommend Triton enough. "Poor customer service, not helpful on phone calls. Very long wait times, very little communication. Sizing is a joke! Runs very, very small. Adult small according to their chart should be 14". We received Adult smaller (13.25) than their youth large (13.5)! Don't recommend this company "Absolutely too small (13.25) Your reply that you have no record of me? I have proof in emails, including pictures, and a $288+ charge to my bank account! Like I said POOR customer service, and now LIES to cover up. I can submit my review to the Better Business Bureau in your state. Note: 6 out of 13 players had issues with your pants! All too small!!!!"
