"I go to Cato Ann St store in Montgomery instead of the store closest to my home in Prattville. The staff is so user friendly and helpful at Ann St. I used to walk in the Prattville store and feel like I was being watched as if I came to steal. I got really tired of it and hadn't been to the Prattville store in years. If the Ann St store had not been so much better than the Prattville store I would have given up on Cato all together. I'm glad I didn't because I love Cato fashions. However, again, I haven't been to the Prattville store in couple of years or so. Maybe there is new management there by now."
"I walked into the store on Monday July 16th looking disheveled. I was exhausted, didn't realize my shirt had holes, my hair was plastered to my head from the humidity and I had no makeup. The staff treated me like royalty. I can't thank you enough! I purchased a trendy top and adorable bracelet."
