"Poor management, rude staff, overs poor experience. Use any other gas station."
"Found out at this Location on Skyland boulevard. If they don't scan what you are purchasing, they are overcharging you. Purposely"
"This by far is the worst gas station I have ever been to in terms of customer service. The cashier, unfortunately I didn't get her name, was extremely rude. My family and I were traveling from out of town when we came here for gas. My brother asked for the key to use the outside men's restroom. When he returned, my mother and I went in the store and asked for the key to the women's restroom. The cashier, an African-american woman, light skin with a head wrap, told my mother, "He got it!" and said nothing further. We were perplexed and asked ourselves, "Is there one key for both?" Well, we tried the key in thr women's restroom and it did not work. We both had to use the men's restroom which was filthy as well. I took the key back in myself, and told her the key didn't work in thr women's restroom so we had to use the men's. She then said "Yes. I don't do that?" I asked her what she meant by that. She basically gave some excuse that usually when she gives the key to multiple ppl, one of the restrooms gets damaged or messed up. I was even more confused, but said "OK. Also, there's no more soap in the men's restroom." as I'm walking out. She says, "Well, really I don't care." I walked back over to her and asked if she said she didn't care. At this time, she was sitting down with her head down in her phone and basically ignored me. I asked again of she said she didn't care that they were out of soap. She then just began shaking her head as if I was the problem. I told her to have a blessed day and that I hoped her day got better. Please train your employees better! She was so very rude to my family and I for absolutely no reason at all."
"This is like the 3rd time I drove in to get gas and didn't want to go inside so I paid at the pump. Each time I had to go inside just to get my receipt. What good is it to pay at a pump if you have to go inside for the receipt? Each time the employee was rude and made excuses for not having paper in the pump outside. Place inside so small and packed so tight you couldn't even walk around. Store was dirty inside & out. If I could give it a score below 0- I would. - I WILL NOT BE BACK. Learn to treat people right and you won't run off your customers."
