"Today was my first experience with this shop and I think I’m in love. I grew up being stuck in a salon all day and not being a huge fan since the whole day would basically be gone. Loved how everyone’s time is respected here from the requirement of the clients arrival to the immediate start on your hair once you come in the building and sit down. I didn’t find the shop hard to locate upon arrival and parking was easy for me during the time of my appointment. The shop was clean and everyone was so friendly. Everything just flowed through and through. Tralaina is sweet, knowledgeable, a pure soul and clearly very talented. I came in not giving much direction and left out more than satisfied with some added knowledge on how to tend to my hair to reach my goals.
