"The dentist is really good and so is my assistant, but I’ve been trying to call for the last hour.. I’ve called 7 times to reschedule my appointment, but they place me on hold and don’t come to the phone. I’m extremely frustrated because other than this, this dentist has been amazing."

"If I could give them -1 star I would it was 3 and half hours visit today at vital smiles for a teeth cleaning and to be honest it's like this everytime not to mention the girl cleaning my daughter seems impatient and agitated the place and wait time is ridiculous definitely will be looking forward to finding another dentist for my daughter.This place is ghetto joke and a dump. Thank God I switched her to better provider and more professional dentist office"

"I had a wonderful visit. The staff was lovely and respectful and their services were very promising. Mrs. Janita was so nice and respectful, she answered my questions and told me all the information I needed to know about my visits and future visits as well. Doctor Walker did my examinations and Ms. Shaniya told me everything I needed to know about my braces. They were very kind and helpful. Overall I recommend coming here, their services are so promising and the staff is very respectful!"
