"You need an account to purchase anything(due to the he corona virus) There is no sign indicating this. Wasted half an hour of our time waiting for one customer before we were informed. Also the customer in front of us was having trouble. Apparently the salesman could not locate "pan head screws" in the system. Pan head screws are one of the most common types of screws used in commercial construction. Lastly, despite us and another customer standing there for so long, the other 3 employees on staff completely ignored us. Our company is done doing business here."
