"Traveling from Indiana to Florida. 2 moms headed to the beach for an escape this week. We stopped for gas and a kind gentleman informed me, my right tire was making a horrible sound in my travel trailer. After inspection of the said tire, we heard the rattle and grinding. It was 8am on a Saturday morning. We are in unfamiliar territory not only with the tire situation but also hours from home. Thankfully we were just a short drive to Johnson RV repair in Cullman, Alabama. After explaining our situation Smitty said he could check it over for us right away.They were very busy but took the time to help us. Smitty discovered a broken spring that holds the brake shoes together. Smitty and Joe took the time to explain everything and show us what they were doing. What could have been a few days wait only took them an hour or so to fix. I want to extend my gratitude to Doug the service manager, Smitty, and Joe for being so helpful and kind and helping us reach our destination and not breaking the bank. If you’re ever in need of repairs definitely stop by!"

"I can not say enough good things about my experience with Johnston Rv Service center in Cullman. Sabrina and the service team were exceptional. Had both air conditioners go out in the heat of summer. With a 5 day trip on the horizon, I called and they worked me in. Fixed one a/c and replaced another a/c same day. They were very informative and professional. They even took time to adjust my hitch so my rig would pull better. There was a problem with my initial warranty paperwork and they worked hard and promptly to resolve the problem. Definitely recommend."
