"The woman at the counter told me she didn’t have enough people to help me. They had plenty of time to help other people though while I waited for someone else. They went out to look at a man’s car and sat with another man and talked about window tint for 10 mins. All I needed was a code read that would only take 30 seconds but I guess I wasn’t important enough to her cause I was asking for a free service. Finally a nice man helped me. Apparently this is a reoccurring problem? I understand if you are understaffed but you don’t have to be rude about it."
