But in their dealership lobby had four chairs that were cushion and didn't hurt my tailbone. There were a few snacks there there was coffee and four different creamer choices that was cool but if you're planning to have coffee here bring your own cup. They use little styrofoam cups. Men's bathroom look clean Only took about an hour to do the transmission car seems to be running better. Price was reasonable It felt safe here."

"?? “Tim Calvert and Scott Browder” ?? (gm) (service mgr.) I bought my 1500 & 2500 Silverados here but won’t go back anymore. The SERVICE DEPT. is non existent! For over a year, I kept getting Free RECALL notices on the AIR BAGS for these vehicles. Last week I reluctantly took my 2008 in for the correction. After the repair, I headed home thinking all was well. The next day when I went to use my truck I saw items that were on the floor board from the glove box. Putting the items away, I got looking over the dash and realized the two main dash pieces were badly damaged. After talking to these two men (they admitted no wrongdoing and took no responsibility), I found out that the Free Air Bag RECALL experience would cost me $2,200 in parts and labor to repair my dash. This wrong judgement call and attitude revealed to me that “The CUSTOMER and SERVICE” are NOT honored here. The only positive thought I had from this episode was whether; “Right -OR- WRONG” the SERVICE TEAM will back each other! BE CAREFUL!"

"I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee into the collision center in April and chose them to repair my vehicle. A month went by with no communication. They had the check but wasn't even sure whom it went to. When my vehicle was finally repaired they called me to pick it up. I quickly noticed the orange peel covering the area they had resprayed. When I went back in the manager had responded that they would need to respect since they had already sanded it trying to get rid of it. So they knew it was there and hoped I hadn't noticed? They said they would sand and respray. A few day later, I picked my Grand Cherokee up after I thought they had fixed it. Upon inspection, I noticed there was divets, paint runs, orange peel still everywhere, there was lines where it was taped off, bubbles in the clear coat. There is still compount powder from their "fix" in every crevice. It was worse than the first time. They also did an alignment to which the steering wheel needs to go to the left to go strait now. Now I will need to take my Jeep somewhere else to get an alignment and have to repair the defects in repair work and most likely have to pay out of pocket."

"You guys took my daughter and her husband for $5000 and would do nothing fair about it. Don't put used cars on your lot that need to go to the dump. Mitch was a good guy. He would have made this right."
