"I love Dr Darnell and have been using him since the 80's. I called his office to get a confirmation from him on when to bring some whitening trays in for adjustments and the staff went back and asked him. He said bring them today. When I took them in, Debra, the receptionist, told me he probably wouldn't have them ready today because he sometimes makes promises he can't keep. And when I was trying to talk to her on the phone, she hung up on me. Unprofessional!"

"I am the same person who posted the other negative review months ago. Since then, Dr Darnell and his staff have done everything they can to correct the situation. I was in a lot of pain and very frustrated when I wrote the last review and may have been a little unfair in my judgement. All said and done I would now say that I am happy with my teeth and smile and thankful to Dr. Darnell and his staff for all they've done. I would recommend them if you need work done. At the very least, I owe them an apology. I wish I could remove my previous review, but after several attempts I can not get it down because I was using a different phone when I wrote it."

Dr. Darnell is honest and will let you know what is going on and what needs to be done. Many people dread visits to their Dentist but I can honestly say since I have been a patient of Dr. Darnell’s it has been a pleasant experience and I always leave with a big smile and a good feeling.
