"They said they would call me back in two hours, after they ran my insurance to tell me how much out of pocket I would owe for procedures. Three days later, no call. I called to let them know three times, couldn't get through. This very same thing happened twice, months ago. Meanwhile, my teeth are hurting and nothing from them. I gave them my new phone number too."

NOW I just got a bill in my mail showing I owed money for services they NEVER PERFORMED! I physically wasn't even there on the dates stated I was! THIS IS A FRANCHISE!! STAY AWAY! THEY ARE OUTRIGHT CORRUPT Thieves!! Of course their "call volume is high"! .....that's because hundreds of very unhappy patients are continually calling them to get THEIR MONEY BACK! "I came here in a lot of pain from bad teeth and had a lot of anxiety. The people at this office are amazing. Gabriella, Jordan, Camber and Tess have done so much to put me at ease. I saw 2 dentists in this office and both actually explained everything they were doing and what needed to be done in terms I could understand and listened to me when I told them something they were doing caused pain. I've never been to an office where they actually listen to you and actually do what they can to put you ar ease. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone. Thank you to everyone at Aspen but a big thank you to Tess who has gone above and beyond to help me."

"Everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Equipment is above anywhere I've been before. Now everything has changed. I was told yesterday that my new partial would be covered on this year's insurance . They did one scan while I was there.but scheduled another for this morning. They just called and said the doctor is sick and not coming in. So I loose $950 that would have totally covered my expenses. I tried to get them to do it while I was there yesterday. Very disappointed and angry. I needed 2024 insurance to cover other dental work!!! I was told multiple times the cost would go on this year's insurance!!!!!! This dentist just cost me over $900.00. I wonder since it was a holiday weekend she may have wanted to take another day off. Because of this Aspen Dental should make my partial at no cost to me or my insurance"

"I hate that I'm regretting getting my teeth done somewhere else before I was committed. My teeth top and bottom don't look like they were suppose to and somehow I felt like it was my fault that I didn't like the way they looked. The visit I had the day before I got them I was trying them on and they made notes on what needed to be done. Needless to say I was confused when they put them in. I had just got 6 teeth pulled. (Btw he did an amazing job at doing. He would get 6 stars) I told him that they didn't fix them right but he didn't know what I was talking about. Now I'm going through my financial agreement and I don't know when it's due, how to pay it, or how much I'm actually paying. I'm sure it's in this 10 page packet. But I don't think it's right that I'm paying almost $3,000 for something I've been waiting for years to finally see again a full set of teeth but unfortunately all I can think about is how some places seem nice and thoughtful until you sign the dotted line. Oh they are going to try to fix the new top plate. It's November and I've been trying to get my teeth since March. today was suppose to be where i look at the wax mold and let them know if i like them or not and guess what they did the same thing they did last appointment and no one is listening to me. I'm leaving in a week and a half to go on vacation and now I'm not going to be able to eat in public during my entire vacation, Thanksgiving and birthday. i wish like hell i hadn't come here. I'm at the point i just want my damn money back and go somewhere that i can get teeth actual will actually fit me before i go on my one and only vacation. if i hadn't already paid for my vacation i just wouldn't go. this has me so depressed. I will never go back and definitely wouldn't recommend anyone wasting their money on this business"
