"I did not appreciate being pushed to get X-rays that I felt I didn’t need. I understand they feel it is important to get them every year, but I do not agree and just want to get my teeth cleaned in peace. I had no pain and no evident cavities and did not want to spend the money for X-rays and did not wish to be harassed about it by my hygienist and then my dentist and then again by my hygienist. And then even afterwards pushed to consider getting an expensive and unnecessary panoramic xray next time in addition to the regular X-rays which I did not wish to get. Also my hygienist was new and not very good with my cleaning. Complained that she had to keep reminding me to open my mouth wider and suggested I did not get enough sleep the night before. I have a physical fatigue condition of myasthenia gravis which affects this. I told her I had that condition before she began, although I did not mention the fatigue, and she was probably unaware of that symptom. Regardless, it is her job to clean my teeth and not complain about it. And if I pay someone to clean my teeth I do not want to be harassed about getting X-rays which I do not wish to get, regardless of their professional opinion. Mentioning it is fine and encouraging it is also fine, but to push me about it 3 times in a rebuking kind of way is out of line and then to push the panoramic xray after I already denied the regular xray is way out of line."

"Scheduled an appointment with them for a tooth extraction. Arrived and they received me , but go on to tell me once I’m in there that they won’t be able to do it till the next morning. After I had clearly talked to getting it done that morning. Still took x-rays and proceed to charge me after them. I wouldn’t mind paying out of pocket for everything as long as it had been done that morning. If they would’ve let me known before going in that they’re dentist wasn’t able to do the procedure, it would of been great and I could go on somewhere else."

"The one dentist Dr. Kim is great.The rest, especially the lady up front, always changes the price from what I was told would be. The molds made by another dentist and the girls there, 2 hours of torture doing a complete top and partial bottom, even after me telling them when Dr .Kim was going to pull the rest of the bottom teeth. They insisted on doing a partial bottom mold. Had top extracted over a year period as I have no dental insurance paid out of pocket. The one young lady who insisted on doing bottom as the dentist that she worked with said they had to do bottom mold as it could be considered cosmetic instead of medical. Insurance would not pay. I looked at them and said I don't have insurance. I have been paying out of pocket." Both sides of mouth bleeding went up to pay for dentures, and I asked if that would cover all of the dentures.$950.00. Mind you already paid out 2,000$ over the past year are more. I go back to the first time to try on and way too big for my little mouth. Went back again when my dentist was back from vacation, he wasn't pleased could tell. Even after another adjustment, it is still too big for mouth. They literally make me gag trying to wear them , much less eat. 3rd time go back and ask about bottom mold and get appointment with my dentist and was told would be another $950.00 for the bottom.What?? This was not the first time the ladies up front changed prices on me. I knew I had to pay for the extractions left on bottom have 8 left, and I was going to do 2 at a time. Was under the impression however that already paid for the dentures. Are else why did they continue to make a bottom mold?? I'm not happy at all. I am at a loss, as I have no dental insurance and now no money to pay another $950 for the bottom. May be a good thing, though, as to the ones who do me 0 bit of good no matter how many times I try to wear them choke me putting in, then constant gagging . Do not buy dentures here, and if you want to use a good dentist for anything else, use Dr. Kim only."
